This promotion runs on an ongoing monthly basis. Each calendar month constitutes a separate draw period. Cornell Mortgages reserves the right to modify or conclude the promotion with reasonable notice.
Referrals can be made by existing clients, friends, and family of Cornell Mortgages. Self-referrals and duplicate referrals are not eligible. Where the same person is referred by multiple people, only the first valid referral submitted will qualify. One entry per household per completed intro call.
Each eligible referral that results in a completed intro call with Cornell Mortgages earns the referring individual one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals or entries an individual can accumulate. One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive up to $2,000 AUD toward their rent or mortgage repayment.
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of referral within 14 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.
If a prize is not claimed within the 14-day response period, or the winner cannot be verified, a redraw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries for that draw period.
To claim the prize, the winner must provide a valid home loan statement or rental agreement dated within 30 days of claiming to verify the monthly repayment or rent amount. The prize paid will match the verified amount up to the maximum of $2,000 AUD, paid via electronic funds transfer.
